Who we are

Strorris Creations is a business name of Strorris Pty Ltd, ABN 57 698 633 171, based in Queensland. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Strorris Pty Ltd. You can contact us at josh@strorris.com.au.

If you contact us

When you fill in our enquiry form, email or call us, we keep the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and your message. Enquiries from our form are stored with Cloudflare and emailed to us through Resend. We use your details to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to provide our services and manage our work with you. We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

If your website was chosen for a redesign concept

We review publicly available websites of local businesses. Some are found through our own research tools and then checked by a person before we do anything. If your website was chosen, this is what we do and do not do.

• What we use: your business name, the content and images published on your website, and the contact details published there.
• How we contact you: only through contact details published on your own website. Our tools may find these automatically, but a person always confirms each one on your website before we use it.
• Who sees the concept: you, our own team, and the service providers listed below that help us prepare it. We only send it to you, through the contact details on your website, and we never show it to anyone else.
• We never publish your concept or use your content, logo or photos anywhere else without your permission.
• We do not use booking forms, booking systems, customer lists or your customers' details, and we never contact your customers. We also do not email any address you publish for bookings.
• If you are not interested, tell us and we will not contact you again. If you ask, we will delete your concept and our notes about your business, except a minimal record of your contact address so we never contact you again, and any records we must keep by law.

Our emails

Every marketing email we send identifies us and tells you how to unsubscribe. Reply "unsubscribe" or write to josh@strorris.com.au, and we will stop within 5 business days.

This website

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address when the page loads.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Google Workspace for email, Cloudflare for this website and our enquiry form, Resend to deliver enquiry emails, AI tools from Anthropic that help us review websites and prepare concepts, and Google tools that measure website speed and find local business listings. Some of them may store or process information outside Australia.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (subject to the minimal do-not-contact record above) by emailing josh@strorris.com.au. If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first and we will work with you to fix it. You can also find information about privacy rights from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
